What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundational Learning: Master the core principles of Manufacturing Accounting and Finance, including general and cost accounting.
• Financial Analysis & Improvement: Conduct financial analysis and contribute to strategic improvements within a Precision Castparts facility.
• Strategic Role Participation: Engage in advanced financial activities such as capital acquisitions, financial planning, and budgeting.
• Compliance & Systems: Participate in Internal Audit/SOX compliance efforts and system implementations within a manufacturing environment.
• Organizational Visibility: Gain broad exposure by collaborating with multiple levels of the organization (Plant, Division, Corporate) and benchmarking best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, preferably Accounting or Finance; Entry-Level career level; must be a U.S. Person.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 credit hours of accounting; prior co-op or internship experience; club, organization, or activity involvement in a leadership capacity.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); high level of interest in management and leadership roles; willingness to maintain a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to various program locations within the US; opportunities to preference regions are available.
