What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Participate in formal training programs and on-the-job development experiences within Procurement or Logistics functions.
• Team Leadership: Gain front-line experience, potentially leading teams of hourly employees or executing operational processes in warehouses or central services.
• Skill Development: Develop analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills relevant to business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Project Presentation: Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships with senior leaders, mentors, and diverse cross-functional teams to gain broad business exposure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current university student or recent university graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preferred areas of study include Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical), Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or Analytics / Data Science.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience through work, internships, organizations, athletics, military service, or extracurricular involvement.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborative mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bonus: Ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions, curiosity, resilience, strong organizational and project management skills, and an innovative mindset.
