Associate Program Manager | Flexport

This role is crucial for empowering Flexport’s global sales teams with the operational tools, training, and documentation necessary to achieve sales excellence, support talent development, and ensure company-wide information flow.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Ownership: Own the AMER Leadership Development Rotational Program, an ~18-month rotation that places new graduates across 2-3 departments alongside a dedicated AI training curriculum.
• Onboarding Support: Support the AE onboarding program end-to-end, including the six-week curriculum, capstone graduation, and the tools that ensure effective ramping up.
• Sales Excellence: Support day-to-day sales enablement for the AE team and help build the ongoing sales excellence program, partnering with sales leadership to translate skill gaps into playbooks and training.
• Knowledge Management: Support Confluence and Flexport’s documentation ecosystem by managing page structure, content standards, and a regular audit cadence to ensure information stays accurate and easy to find company-wide.
• Project Management: Stand up special projects rapidly, ranging from product launches to market events, becoming a go-to resource across the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: 2-3 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, or a related field, with working knowledge of Flexport’s products and the logistics industry or the ability to pick it up quickly.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields, including building training content or curriculum from scratch.
• Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to turn messy inputs into clear, useful documentation; extremely organized, comfortable managing multiple projects at once, and able to move without a fully scoped brief; comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leadership, including the C-suite; skilled at driving adoption and buy-in for new programs.
