This is a New Graduates role at Manulife, operating as John Hancock in the U.S., located in Boston, MA with a hybrid work arrangement. Manulife is a leading international financial services provider, dedicated to helping people make their decisions easier and lives better. This role offers an exciting opportunity for new graduates to partner with Internal Business Consultants and the Sales Management Team, supporting the creation, development, and implementation of programs that help advisors grow their business and increase John Hancock Investments AUM.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist Internal Business Consultants with strategically managing a territory, aiding in research, reporting, providing insights, and product updates to registered representatives.
• Plan: Coordinate and participate in corporate and social events with industry professionals, managing full event planning from initial stages to agenda development.
• Manage: Oversee territory budgets and facilitate weekly team meetings for the sales team.
• Communicate: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners, including scheduling and confirming meetings for the District Vice President.
• Market: Utilize mass email tools to manage territory distribution lists, execute e-marketing campaigns, and run tracking reports to analyze campaign success.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Analytics/Mathematics/Statistics, or a similar program; expected graduation of Spring/Summer 2023 for this entry-level position.
• Experience: Experience using Salesforce and SAP Concur; a desire to obtain sales experience within the financial services industry.
• Skills: Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail; flexibility and adaptability when dealing with changing priorities; excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to learn quickly and take initiative; strong PC skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bonus: Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets; willingness to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses within 120 days of hire, and to complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
