What You’ll Actually Do
• Redesign Operations: Reimagine manual business operations by integrating GenAI and embedding human oversight alongside regulatory controls.
• Design Operating Models: Assist global financial institutions in designing agile, cross-functional operating models that enable AI-led innovation.
• Support Executive Transformations: Provide C-suite support for program governance and product backlog optimization utilizing agile frameworks.
• Implement Automation: Identify inefficiencies within financial reporting processes and implement intelligent automation workflows.
• Define Product Strategy: Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define multiyear strategies for AI-enhanced investment products.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Entry-Level.
• Experience: 0–1.5 years of full-time post-grad experience, with a graduation date between Winter 2026 – Spring 2027.
• Skills:
• AI-native mindset or foundational understanding of AI concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• Comfort working in teams that bridge technology and business.
• Strategic thinking ability to break down complex business problems.
• Generalist technologist fluent in how modern technologies, especially AI, can transform businesses.
• Bonus:
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
• U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents only).
• A lifelong learner who adapts quickly and thrives in ambiguity.
