What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Immersion & Rotations: Rotate through various departments to immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint, learning about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities to promote Cintas products and services, building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Data Analysis & Strategic Input: Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions, collaborating with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development: Participate in Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits, leveraging access for continuous professional growth.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must have, or will obtain within six months, a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrating readiness for an entry-level leadership development career path.
• Experience: All qualified candidates must meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. This mandates having an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years of age, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation regarding previous employment prior to the first day of employment.
• Skills: Demonstrated abilities in sales, customer service, data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration within a business environment.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include co-op or internship experience in a customer service, sales, production, or administrative role; an academic major in business or a related field; a leadership/management role on campus or participation in related extracurricular activities; and a willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
