What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate with department heads: Engage proactively with various department heads to thoroughly understand financial activities and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reported data.
• Assist in preparation and distribution: Provide active support in the comprehensive preparation and timely distribution of essential financial statements to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare financial statements: Take ownership of preparing accurate financial statements, adhering strictly to the established monthly close schedule and accounting principles.
• Develop supporting schedules: Systematically develop and maintain all necessary supporting schedules for financial statements, ensuring readiness for the monthly close process.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; this is an Entry-Level role.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience specifically in an accounting capacity.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical abilities; excellent organizational skills.
