This is an early-career analyst program at BNY, located in Houston, TX. • Mission: To ensure teams across BNY are equipped to deliver consistent, efficient, and well-governed outcomes while supporting the broader goals of the Platform Operating Model, strengthening how the organization operates, executes priorities, manages risk, and drives continuous improvement.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Operations: Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives across the Chief Operating Office, helping drive effective execution against business priorities and contributing to operational excellence.
• Develop & Analyze Materials: Collaborate with leadership teams and key stakeholders to prepare accurate, complete, and timely briefings, meeting materials, and updates for senior discussions, informed by research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities.
• Manage Projects: Track action items, risks, milestones, deliverables, and post-meeting follow-up across ongoing projects and leadership initiatives, ensuring strong execution discipline and supporting decision-making.
• Coordinate & Document Processes: Monitor and distill insights from COO Office activity, including engagement volume and related workflows, while assisting with the coordination of events, communications, and documentation of business procedures to promote consistency and transparency.
• Optimize Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancement, AI adoption, and the use of technology, contributing to streamlined workflows and continuous improvement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate degree program.
• Experience: Scheduled to graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.) and does not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future in the country of application.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and research skills for data interpretation and decision support, effective written and verbal communication abilities for preparing comprehensive materials, and excellent organizational and project coordination capabilities for managing multiple initiatives.
• Bonus: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, and a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors are preferred.
