This position is vital for supporting day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. • Mission: This role supports day-to-day accounting operations and ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• General Ledger: Assist the accounting team with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, preparing general ledger journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Reconciliations: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual GL account reconciliations for areas such as prepaids, intangibles, and accruals, along with daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Analysis and Intercompany: Conduct month-end variance analysis and assist with intercompany transaction recording and reconciliations.
• Compliance and Audit: Support external and internal audit requests while maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and SOX requirements.
• Collaboration and Projects: Collaborate across departments to resolve operational accounting issues and handle various ad hoc finance projects as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, suitable for an early-career professional or recent graduate.
• Experience: Up to 3 years of relevant accounting experience with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP.
• Skills: Detail-oriented mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization, experience with ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Bonus: CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.
