What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotate: Participate in hands-on rotations across core business functions, including Operations Management and Sales & Business Development.
• Develop: Build deep expertise in the electrical and automation industries, encompassing industrial automation, robotics, AI, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Engage: Receive mentorship from experienced industry leaders who are personally invested in your professional growth and long-term success.
• Explore: Travel to training sessions, product seminars, and client sites across the country to gain broader business exposure and real-world industry insight.
• Manage: Gain hands-on exposure to Project Management, Logistics & Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Warehouse Operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical or engineering discipline, or a related field, or soon-to-be graduate.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Skills: Strong work ethic, Entrepreneurial mindset, Competitive attitude, Self-starting ability, Drive to grow.
• Bonus: Prior experience in sales, operations, logistics, or a related area.
