Finance & Accounting Rotational Program – May 2027 Grads | Charter Manufacturing

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational role at Charter Manufacturing, a fourth-generation family-owned business located in Mequon, WI, offering hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 remote). Charter Manufacturing specializes in steel and iron production and manufacturing, founded in the 1930s. This program is designed to accelerate professional growth and build a strong foundation in Finance, Accounting, and business operations, allowing recent graduates to make a meaningful impact across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute Projects: Complete individual and cross-functional projects to develop core finance skills, business acumen, and systems familiarity.
• Build Expertise: Gain hands-on experience across Finance Foundations, Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Business Partnership or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Develop Skills: Utilize diverse assignments to foster organizational relationships and build critical finance skills.
• Seek Growth: Engage in internal and external training programs, including Professional Presence, Presentation Skills, and Project Management, to enhance capabilities.
• Collaborate: Work with different direct managers during each rotation while benefiting from consistent coaching and mentorship over the program’s duration.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with an excellent academic record and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Experience: Related internship or work experience, combined with experience in leadership roles in work, school, or community.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, high level of initiative for excellence and process improvement, and demonstrated abilities in planning and communication of ideas and concepts.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and prior experience with ERP systems.
