Product Manager: New Grad Accelerator | Stripe

The Tone:
This is a 12-month intensive training program at Stripe, located in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York, with the goal of placing participants into a full-time Product Manager role. Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, used by millions of companies to accept payments, grow revenue, and accelerate opportunities. This accelerator program is for early career engineers who are AI-enabled builders, focused on applying their skills to solve problems and ship features at global scale. The role provides an unprecedented opportunity to contribute to increasing the GDP of the internet and putting the global economy within everyone’s reach.

What You’ll Actually Do
• User Discovery: Embed deeply with Stripe’s users on a daily basis to understand their needs and forge new solutions for AI-enabled financial technology, deep insights, and automations.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire lifecycle of a user problem, taking it from initial discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and continuous iteration.
• Cross-Functional Building: Build on a host team, such as Dashboard, Docs, Crypto, or Payment Methods, and learn across Stripe with the goal of landing a full-time Product Manager role.
• Obstacle Resolution: Navigate technical constraints, unclear requirements, or process friction by independently tracking down answers, navigating codebases, and pushing through obstacles.
• Workflow Optimization: Constantly refine personal workflows and tooling to increase leverage, identifying every bottleneck as an opportunity to automate, improve, and show others how to achieve end goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or engineering; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience; demonstrated ability to build through internships, personal projects, or school.
• Skills: AI-enabled building, Problem solving, Code writing, Rapid iteration, Quality focus.
