The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-office role at Bank of America, located in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, or Jacksonville, FL. Bank of America is a large financial institution guided by a purpose to help make financial lives better for clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders. This two-year rotational program is specifically designed for external veterans, recognizing the resilience, leadership, and innovation fostered by military service. The role is critical for assisting the Line of Business in delivering on strategic priorities, providing an opportunity for veterans to apply their unique skills and further develop in a corporate environment while contributing to the company’s vision and culture.

• Mission: To assist the Line of Business in delivering on priorities by supporting initiatives and strategies within a two-year rotational program for external veterans, while fostering teamwork and embodying Bank of America’s vision and culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develops and maintains effective, active working relationships with clients, business partners, team members, or external contacts relevant to the line of business.
• Performs a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, varying in nature depending on workload.
• Supports numerous activities including project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Attends Military Development Program events.
• Participates in projects that may be highly visible and may impact clients and associates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-commissioned Officer in the U.S. Military with an honorable discharge, and is within 24 months of separation from Active Duty. Currently Drilling National Guard or Reservists are also eligible. Candidates must hold a 3.0 grade point average or greater from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership through military service as a JMO, WO, or NCO. This two-year rotational program is designed to develop corporate experience within a financial institution.
• Skills: Effective leadership and ability to coach others, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, effective communication and collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability.
• Bonus: Ability to effectively work and collaborate within a business environment; capacity to execute tasks under changing and ambiguous circumstances.
