Global Operations Military Development Program | Bank of America

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational program at Bank of America, located in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; and Jacksonville, FL. This role is essential for supporting the Line of Business in delivering on priorities and executing tactical plans to achieve strategic objectives. • Mission: Supports initiatives and strategies to achieve strategic objectives, leveraging military experience in a two-year rotational program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective, active working relationships with clients, business partners, team members, or external contacts relevant to the line of business.
• Task Execution: Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, varying in nature depending on workload.
• Operational Support: Support numerous activities including, but not limited to, project management, data management, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Program Participation: Attend Military Development Program events designed to foster teamwork and demonstrate Bank of America’s vision and culture.
• Project Engagement: Participate in projects that may be highly visible and have an impact on clients and associates.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 grade point average or greater from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Served as a Junior Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-commissioned Officer in the U.S. Military with an honorable discharge, and within 24 months of separation from Active Duty; Currently Drilling National Guard or Reservists are also eligible.
• Skills: Attention to Detail, Oral Communications, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Written Communications.
• Bonus: Ability to execute tasks under changing and ambiguous circumstances, and effectively work and collaborate in a business environment.
