• Mission: Owns the execution of general ledger accounting processes and financial analysis to support accurate reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Manage general ledger accounting processes, including preparing monthly journal entries and conducting balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate: Serve as the primary liaison between corporate headquarters and geographically distributed field accountants for assigned sites.
• Analyze: Develop budgets and forecasts with cross-functional groups and perform detailed variance analyses of financial data.
• Support: Ensure compliance by executing key internal controls and assisting auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
• Integrate: Contribute to special projects such as technical accounting research and the integration of newly acquired facilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience: 1 year of accounting experience, along with a thorough understanding of GAAP.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. Demonstrated high attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Bonus: Master’s Degree, CPA Certification or CPA track, experience with major ERP systems, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
