What You’ll Actually Do
• Month-End Support: Assist with the monthly and quarterly close process, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Reporting: Support financial statement analysis and reporting.
• GAAP Application: Apply U.S. GAAP principles to real-world accounting scenarios.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to gather information and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028. This is an entry-level position within the Crypto Accounting team.
• Experience: Requires a foundational understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, alongside an interest in how digital assets impact financial reporting. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, patient, and positive approach are essential.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and organizational skills are necessary. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is also required for spreadsheet-based data manipulation.
