GLDP Associate – Commercial Track | Advanced Sterilization Products

The Tone:
This is an entry-level rotational position within the Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP) at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP). ASP is a leading global provider of sterilization and disinfection solutions, pioneering low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology to protect patients during critical moments. As part of Fortive Corporation, a global industrial technology innovator, ASP focuses on creating safer and more productive healthcare environments. This GLDP role is designed to cultivate future leaders by immersing them in commercial business operations, ensuring optimal customer experience, and contributing to the fight against hospital-acquired infections through hands-on, impactful projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Immersion: Gain foundational business knowledge through hands-on, meaningful experiences across various functions during a 2-year program with three cross-functional rotations.
• Commercial Operations: Learn the various aspects of the commercial business, encompassing both front-end and back-end processes, to ensure optimal customer experience and service delivery.
• Project Leadership: Lead intensive projects during each rotation to make an immediate, long-lasting impact on business operations and outcomes.
• Skill Development: Build technical and interpersonal skills by taking on significant responsibility and gaining exposure to experienced business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts.
• Strategic Contribution: Learn and apply the Fortive Business System to shape strategy, focus execution, align people, and create value for patients and customers around the world.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other related majors. This is an entry-level position starting in August 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a desire to grow within a high-energy, collaborative work environment.
• Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions that matter, deliver breakthroughs by taking risks, experimenting, and iterating quickly, set high expectations for oneself and drive results even in difficult circumstances, and tackle challenging problems strategically with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Bonus: A preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher out of a 4.0 scale.
