Kohler Leadership Development Program – Human Resources | Kohler Co.
The Tone:
This is a full-time, two-year rotational leadership development program at Kohler Co., located onsite in Kohler, WI for 4 days a week. Kohler Co. is a global organization with more than 30,000 leaders dedicated to helping people live gracious, healthy, and sustainable lives. This role is crucial for developing the next generation of HR leaders who will drive meaningful business impact and strengthen organizational performance. Participants will gain broad exposure across the company while contributing to high-impact initiatives that influence the employee experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore: Rotate through key HR areas such as business partnership, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning & development, and total rewards.
• Develop: Strengthen capabilities in leadership, data-driven decision-making, change management, and employee engagement through real-world challenges.
• Drive: Contribute to initiatives that shape company culture, support associates, and align with business strategy.
• Partner: Engage with leaders across the organization and contribute to high-impact initiatives.
• Tackle: Address real-world business challenges that influence the employee experience and strengthen organizational performance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in Business, Human Resources, or a related field no later than June 2027.
• Experience: Recent graduate, participating in a two-year rotational program; legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
• Skills: Human Resources principles, foundational business acumen.
