Rotational Development Program Associate | Bayer
The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational development program located in Creve Coeur, MO. Bayer, a global life science company, is committed to its vision of “Health for all, Hunger for none,” focusing on supporting farmers’ sustainable crop production and employee development within its Crop Science Product Supply organization. What You’ll Actually Do
• Understand Business Operations: Gain experience across the organization to understand business processes and collaborate with teams and leadership to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage Complex Projects: Influence and manage complex cross-functional, inter-business, and multi-area projects, requiring significant self-motivation, analytical ability, and independent judgment.
• Drive Improvement Initiatives: Evaluate, identify, develop, and execute continuous improvement initiatives with support from subject matter experts in relevant fields.
• Analyze Performance Data: Analyze key data and metrics to identify performance opportunities within Product Supply.
• Develop Solutions: Create innovative solutions, approaches, methodologies, and offerings that address both present and future business needs, then synthesize conclusions into recommendations for implementation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or the Sciences, completed by May 2027. This is an entry-level program for recent or upcoming graduates.
• Experience: GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of graduation. Ability to express ideas and information clearly, both orally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
• Skills: Proficient in English, able to work well in a team environment demonstrating co-creation and inclusive culture, high level of maturity, strong willingness and ability to learn new concepts quickly, consistently demonstrates customer-centric thinking, excellent results orientation and agility, and an interest in a skill-based career path driven by expertise building.
• Bonus: Possess internship or co-op work experience in a related industry, demonstrated leadership (e.g., leaders of clubs or campus organizations), desire for mobility, experience working across cross-functional/matrix environments, and degree completion within two years prior to the program start date of June 2027.
