• Pay: $74000–$138000 yearly
• Mission: Develop future leaders by providing on-the-job training, formal education, and coaching to address energy-related challenges and align with Shell’s strategic goals.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Design: Analyze situations and propose purposeful solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Adaptability: Showcase capacity for adaptability to changing environments and maintain a learner mindset.
• Project Delivery: Drive to deliver results on meaningful projects with exciting responsibilities right from the start.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate and nurture relationships as you work effectively with a diverse team.
• Idea Generation: Share unique perspectives and fresh ideas on how to tackle energy-related challenges with experienced colleagues.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduated prior to your first day at Shell, or currently in your final year of study, or possess less than three years of relevant work experience. Must have a minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.20.
• Experience: Less than three years of relevant work experience in any of the Commercial, Technical, Trading & Supply, Information Digital Technologies, or Finance domains.
• Skills: Confident ability to absorb information, analyze problems, and make objective decisions; generate original ideas and refine them using alternative perspectives; demonstrate drive and resilience to achieve goals; flexibility to collaborate effectively within a team; and credibility to influence others.
• Bonus: Work authorization sponsorship may be provided for PhD and Master’s candidates in certain disciplines.
