Supply Chain Leadership Development Program – Business Track (June 2027) | The Clorox Company

The Tone:
This is a 3-year Rotational Leadership Development Program at The Clorox Company, primarily located in Alpharetta, GA, though the Manufacturing rotation may require relocation to another U.S. Clorox Plant. • Mission: Become well versed in a variety of Supply Chain roles and understand the true impact of operations, manufacturing, and support groups as they collaborate to make products a reality.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Technical: Expand knowledge by gaining technical experience as a member of Operations Services groups, including quality, continuous improvement, or capital project management.
• Manufacturing: Directly contribute to plant operations success, develop leadership skills, and hold supervisory responsibility in areas such as process engineering or production supervision.
• Business: Hone business skills within Support Services through activities like logistics analysis, customer relationship management, or problem-solving and solution implementation.
• Leadership Development: Complete all Leadership Development programming requirements and actively participate in leadership learning and activities.
• Cross-Functional Engagement: Gain exposure to other internal and external facilities and cross-functional teams to deliver solid results in functional assignments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Logistics & Transportation, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant post-graduation work experience. Previous Supply Chain or Business internship/work experience is preferred, as is manufacturing experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills, demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future visa sponsorship for employment.
