This is an early career opportunity at Shell, located across various states including Texas, California, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, with specific cities such as Houston, San Diego, Deer Park, Geismar, New Orleans, Norco, Monaca, Sewaren, and Galena Park. This role is designed to equip individuals with essential tools to enhance leadership skills, tackle energy-related challenges, and contribute fresh ideas to meaningful projects across Commercial, Technical, Trading & Supply, and various Functions like Information Digital Technologies and Finance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional who has graduated prior to their first day at Shell, is in their final year of study, or has less than three years of relevant work experience. Candidates must possess a minimum Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.20. This program welcomes individuals with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degrees across many different majors. You are required to upload a copy of your most recent transcript.
• Experience: Less than three years of relevant work experience.
• Skills: Capacity to absorb information, analyze problems, make objective decisions, and generate original ideas; drive and resilience to achieve goals; flexibility to collaborate effectively within a team; credibility to influence others; openness to alternative perspectives and views to refine ideas and outcomes.
• Bonus: Potential for work authorization sponsorship may be provided for PhD and Master’s candidates in certain specified disciplines, as an exception to the general requirement for existing U.S. work authorization.
