The Tone:
This is a full-time, 3-year technology leadership rotation program designed for recent college graduates. Claritev helps make healthcare more transparent and affordable for all through the power of data, technology, and expertise. This program provides a foundational opportunity to launch a career in technology by developing diverse skills and experiences across various IT domains, preparing incumbents to lead strategic projects and make a significant impact within the company.

• Team: Reports to Senior IT and Business Leaders
• Mission: To develop and apply leadership skills while rotating through various technology services and supporting different areas of the company.
• Tech Stack: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Transformation, Project Management, Business Analysis, Information Security, Risk Management, Infrastructure, Service Management, Cloud Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, DevSecOps, Database Administration (Oracle, SQL Server), Middleware, Product Owner, Product Manager, UX & Design, Application Development (Java Web Services, Microsoft .NET, Data Management ETL, Informatica, Full Stack)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop key skills in team building, presentations, giving and receiving feedback, technology, business knowledge, and leadership through an integrated curriculum.
• Collaborate, network, and work closely with other early career professionals in the program to foster collective growth and learning.
• Benefit from both formal and informal coaching, mentoring, and direct feedback from all levels of the organization.
• Lead strategic project work and contribute beyond the core responsibilities of each rotation, working closely with Senior IT and Business Leaders.
• Ensure strict compliance with all HIPAA regulations and requirements in all tasks and projects undertaken.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, with an expected graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027. Requires a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher (out of 4.0 scale or equivalent).
• Experience: Demonstrated track record of success and leadership experience outside the classroom, coupled with a genuine interest in a career in Information Technology.
• Skills: Strong planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with robust written, verbal, and listening communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative orientation.
• Bonus: Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable to specific roles within rotations.
