What You’ll Actually Do
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) processes, website content updates, obsolescence, and product phase-outs for assigned portfolios.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Assist with go-to-market planning, prepare sales and marketing materials, coordinate launch activities, and facilitate market adoption of new products.
• Portfolio Oversight & Financials: Oversee global product portfolios, manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, and report Latest Estimate Revenue for performance analysis.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market and competitive research, translating customer needs and insights into clear product requirements and documentation.
• Engineering Prioritization: Drive the prioritization of engineering projects execution, leveraging the Agile Release Train for the nominated portfolio.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level product management professional comfortable managing technically complex product lines.
• Experience: 3+ years in product management, hi-tech innovative products, or relevant marketing roles; 3+ years with software (cloud/SaaS) enabled outcome-based solutions.
• Skills: Project management, cross-functional collaboration, customer needs translation, market research, strategic planning, Agile methodology.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Strategic Marketing, or a related field; a proven track record in product or strategic marketing; strong decision-making and problem identification abilities; an independent, entrepreneurial mindset.
