Senior Sana Learning Functional Consultant | Workday

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Workday, located in Atlanta, GA, with a flexible hybrid work model allowing for both in-person and remote engagement. What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Configuration: Configure Sana Learning and adjacent Workday modules to match each customer’s learning content strategy and specific requirements.
• Instructional Design Guidance: Apply instructional design principles to consult with customers on effective learning content structure, taxonomy, and authoring best practices.
• Requirements Translation: Translate client business requirements into precisely configured solutions, build and demonstrate prototypes, and support client testing efforts.
• Data Conversion: Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate the accurate conversion of legacy data into Workday.
• Integration Partnership: Partner with the Integration team to conduct thorough testing of integrations between Workday/Sana and any third-party or custom systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with deep expertise in implementing or supporting enterprise learning systems, coupled with strong instructional design and implementation knowledge.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience configuring enterprise learning or HCM software, or serving in a functional consulting/customer success role focused on content and system configuration; previous consulting experience with a consulting or software company is required.
• Skills: Proven ability in business analysis and requirements gathering, strong functional configuration skills with an eye for learning content design and structure, adeptness in data conversion and testing, and excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Bonus: Workday HCM/Learning certification is a plus, along with a natural curiosity, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
