Scrum Master | Bosch

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Bosch, located in Vietnam. Bosch operates across various industries, utilizing IT projects to drive innovation and operational efficiency. This role is crucial for fostering agile practices within our IT development teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and continuous improvement. By coaching teams and facilitating agile processes, you will directly contribute to the successful execution of critical IT projects and the overall agile maturity of the organization.

• Mission: To guide and coach development teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies, remove impediments, and ensure effective delivery of IT projects while promoting continuous improvement.
• Tech Stack: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coach & Facilitate: Guide teams in adopting Agile/Scrum practices and values, coaching the Development Team and Product Owner in self-organization and cross-functionality, and expertly facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Enable Team Success: Foster a positive team environment and high morale by actively helping the team remove impediments and blockers, encouraging collaboration, transparency, and accountability, and supporting conflict resolution and team dynamics.
• Ensure Process Alignment: Uphold Bosch’s internal standards, processes, and compliance requirements, track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to stakeholders, and support project management tasks including budget tracking, risk reporting, and documentation.
• Drive Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog, facilitate clear communication between the team and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Advance Agile Excellence: Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and drive Agile excellence and maturity across various teams within the organization.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or Information Technologies.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects, holding a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) or equivalent certification, and practical experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, the ability to manage impediments and drive continuous improvement, and proficiency in English communication.
• Bonus: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
