HR Business Partner im Jobsharing 60% (befristet Februar-September) | Allianz

The Tone:
This is a temporary, part-time, job-sharing role at Allianz, one of the world’s most trusted insurance and asset management companies, known for caring for its employees’ ambitions and challenges. The position is a maternity leave cover from February to September, offering a valuable opportunity to gain new perspectives and substantial experience within the HR domain. This role is pivotal for advising leaders and executive board members of Allianz Suisse on all operational and strategic HR topics, thereby making an active contribution to achieving business objectives within the supported area. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will design and be responsible for HR initiatives and projects from conception to implementation. This multifaceted role requires strategic thinking, diplomatic skill, strong communication, and a high degree of trustworthiness, operating collaboratively within an integrated job-sharing team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Alignment: Responsible, in collaboration with senior management, for implementing HR processes that align with strategy and are tailored to the needs of the supported business area.
• Leadership Support: Advise and support leaders up to executive management on all relevant HR topics, ensuring fair, consistent, and practical application of HR tools and processes.
• Process Management: Manage and guide central HR processes such as employee surveys, salary reviews, talent, and succession planning, supporting their successful implementation.
• Culture and Leadership Development: Actively promote the development of culture and leadership mindset within the supported business area and guide leadership teams through change and development topics.
• HR Development Contribution: Actively contribute to the further development of the HR department and its service offerings by participating in projects and initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An ideal candidate will possess a university degree at Master’s level (or a comparable qualification) combined with profound experience within the HR environment, specifically in advising leaders and addressing labor law questions. This role requires an excellent understanding of business contexts and knowledge of psychological and behavioral mechanisms in an organizational setting.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in change management, coupled with a high degree of reliability, trustworthiness, and credibility. Candidates should have foundational experience in the HR field, particularly in guiding leaders and navigating labor law challenges.
• Skills: Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to convey complex issues clearly, understandably, and convincingly, while building robust lines of argumentation. Proficiency in efficiently and specifically utilizing modern AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable applications) to support analyses, decision-making, concepts, and administrative tasks. Very good German language skills (minimum C1) are essential.
• Bonus: Knowledge of French and English is considered advantageous for this position.
