Outsourced Accounting Entry Level Analyst 2027 | Withum

• Mission: To provide scalable outsourced accounting and finance services, improving workflow and transparency, and delivering stress-free financial clarity to clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with Senior Associates, Managers, and group Partners to support and balance multiple client needs.
• Transaction Management: Manage bill payments, invoicing, and cash receipt applications for clients in a timely fashion.
• Reconciliation & Resolution: Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciling items.
• Financial Close & Payroll: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for clients, and run payroll while reconciling related journal entries.
• System Implementation: Support the setup and implementation of new accounting systems and procedures based on client needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, graduating in the upcoming school year to start with the November 2027 class.
• Experience: Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, Justworks, Xero, and Excel.
• Skills: A GPA of 3.0 or higher; excellent interpersonal, computer, communication, and project management skills; ability to work well on a team; a highly organized personality with strong attention to detail; and a flexible, adaptable attitude to new situations, including learning new software.
