What You’ll Actually Do
• [Financial Analysis]: Conduct project-level financial analysis to assess and report on project performance.
• [Project Setup]: Coordinate project setup to ensure alignment with contract and policy requirements.
• [Reporting]: Prepare monthly reports with financial commentary on project status.
• [Support]: Assist project and department managers with budgeting, pricing, audits, and special projects.
• [Accounts Management]: Monitor accounts receivable and aid in collection processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or project accounting.
• Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, effective written and verbal communication, strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Master’s degree, professional certifications (CPA, CMA), audit experience, familiarity with Oracle Project Accounting or similar ERP systems, and experience in project-based organizations.
