• Mission: Assist in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial data and processes, supporting system migrations and daily accounting operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Migration: Validate data transfer by assisting in the accurate migration of data from the legacy system to the new agency software.
• Transaction Recording: Record transactions in the legacy system to verify payment accuracy and assist in closing old balances.
• Journal Entry Preparation: Assist in preparing general journal entries for various business transactions under the guidance of accounting staff.
• Account Reconciliation: Conduct balance sheet account reconciliations by identifying, researching, and assisting in resolving discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Payable Processing: Process and reconcile claims and survey payables in accordance with financial regulations, insurance syndicate policies, and company guidelines.

• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: Ability to work full-time in Miami, FL during the summer of 2027.
