The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Fisica Inc., located in Simi Valley, CA. Fisica is a premier manufacturer of advanced defense products, including airborne and ground-based antennas, electromagnetic systems, and simulators. The company operates as ATI, Randtron, Datron, and Space Vector, serving as a trusted partner to defense primes and the U.S. Department of Defense. This role is vital for driving new and follow-on business capture within the Aerospace, Defense, and National Security sectors through excellent execution in production deliveries.

• Mission: Drive the capture of new and follow-on business while ensuring successful execution of products in the production and sustainment phases.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Leadership: Lead programs within the production portfolio to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, operating income, and free cash flow.
• Business Development: Drive the capture of new and follow-on business within the Aerospace, Defense, and National Security sectors.
• Execution Oversight: Ensure the successful execution of products during the production and sustainment phases of the product life cycle.
• Customer Relations: Act as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Planning & Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms of contracts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or a related technical/business discipline is preferred; this is an entry-level professional role requiring broad theoretical job knowledge.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of prior related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Skills: Program execution leadership, customer relationship building, strategic thinking for business capture, and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Bonus: An active Secret security clearance is highly preferred.
