What You’ll Actually Do
• Support strategic projects across multiple business and functional areas, including Value Based Care, Pharmacy, Network Strategy, and Individual and Family Markets.
• Interact with senior-level executives, present project outcomes, and gain exposure to leadership across a highly matrixed organization.
• Participate in a 12-month Leadership Development Program focused on building skills in strategic thinking, communication, leadership, and project management.
• Engage in professional development through executive mentorship, formal and informal networking, and opportunities to develop innovative approaches to health care challenges.
• Complete a six-month enterprise new grad experience, including formal orientation, to build business acumen, support the transition from school to the workplace, and foster career growth.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA, or similar master’s degree with an interest in health care management and strategic planning; graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027; unrestricted authorization to work in the United States, as the program is not offered under OPT/CPT or with work visa sponsorship.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0; demonstrated project management skills including strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving; experience interacting with personnel across departments and at various levels of an organization; knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends; and experience with analytics and information synthesis.
• Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Bonus: Preferred health insurance or health care industry experience, or a strong interest in the industry.
