What You’ll Actually Do
• Retail Engagement: Drive end-user sales and engagement by working onsite within retail stores, conducting store presentations to Key Decision Makers, recognizing sales and service opportunities, and training store associates to meet top-line sales goals and perform daily Job Site Visits.
• Commercial & Industrial End User Development: Engage with professional end-users to learn the process of End User Development, including identifying key contacts across various functions, understanding the purchasing process, and aligning efforts with local market teams, product managers, distributors, and service centers.
• Sales Operations Support: Provide operational and analytical support to the Tools & Outdoor sales teams, collaborating cross-functionally with product, brand, channel, operations, and finance teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that maximize sales and profitability.
• Performance Analysis & Merchandising: Track and follow up on issues such as price blocks, product quality, and delayed shipments; analyze promotions and track program effectiveness; recommend program changes; manage competitive retail comparisons; and interface with Channel and Brand Marketing to plan and execute POP materials, advertising, and merchandising improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related major, for recent graduates or early career professionals.
• Experience: Less than two years of professional experience, including relevant Sales internship or co-op experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, learning agility, and accountability; ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans; highly effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication for partnering with customers and internal teams; and understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
