Finance Internship | Eulerity

The Tone:
This is a Finance Internship at Eulerity, located in New York, NY. Eulerity is dedicated to building the future of AI-driven marketing automation, providing a robust platform that empowers franchises and multi-location businesses to manage digital advertising at scale using machine learning and data. The Finance team at Eulerity is actively building the financial infrastructure necessary to support this growing company. This hands-on role offers a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented intern the opportunity to work directly with the Controller on real financial data, transactions, and month-end close activities, moving beyond purely administrative tasks. The intern will also gain valuable exposure to how AI and automation are leveraged to enhance finance processes, reduce manual efforts, and analyze extensive datasets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Operations: Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and daily accounting tasks while ensuring accurate financial data.
• Media Spend Management: Reconcile high-volume client media spend and learn the mechanics of gross vs. net revenue within an AdTech business model.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assist with month-end close activities and the preparation of essential financial reports.
• Financial Analysis: Gain introductory exposure to forecasting techniques and financial modeling practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; ideal graduation is December 2027, with May 2027 or later also considered.
• Experience: Coursework or practical experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or data analytics, with strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort handling large datasets.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail with an ability to identify and resolve discrepancies, analytical thinking to diagnose issues and find solutions, proactive initiative-taking, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and deadlines. This role also requires accountability, ownership of work, and a willingness to learn through hands-on, day-to-day finance and accounting tasks.
• Bonus: Exposure to QuickBooks Online, Xero, Python, SQL, or other data tools, and an interest in AI, AdTech, SaaS, automation, or financial technology.
