• Mission: Accelerate the development of future leaders by providing challenging, product-focused rotational opportunities within the Brand & Product organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Management: Assist in managing comprehensive Product & Brand portfolios, focusing on driving margin growth, optimizing portfolio performance, and contributing to overall strategy through best-in-class analytics and reporting.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic counsel to various cross-functional partners regarding category strategy, precise pricing, product assortment, margin and growth expectations, and detailed product launch plans.
• Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the complete product lifecycle process, from initial concept development to final delivery, working closely alongside senior product experts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Closely collaborate, work with, and lead cross-department teams and business groups, including engineering, manufacturing, and finance, to drive the development of new products and categories that align with company objectives.
• Market & User Insights: Conduct thorough end-user and competitive market research to determine optimal pricing strategies, margin targets, and overall profitability, while maintaining an awareness of industry trends.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Consumer Behavior, Informatics, or other related fields. This is an early-career program geared towards recent graduates.
• Experience: Prior internships in Product, Category, Brand Marketing, Marketing Insights, or other related fields. Candidates must have demonstrated leadership experience coupled with a strong academic background. Willingness to rotate work assignments, projects, and teams every 8 months throughout the 2-year program, which may require relocation for at least one rotation.
• Skills: Strong quantitative, analytical, creative problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Excellent communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation, with an ability to communicate across potential language barriers. Resourcefulness to navigate unknown situations and find solutions through internal and external channels. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive work prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
