This is a full-time, hybrid role at Merck, based in Rahway, NJ or West Point, PA, starting August 2027. This Emerging Talent Rotational Program plays a critical role in developing future talent within Global Supplier Management Group and Global Workplace & Enterprise Services, directly supporting the company’s mission to save and improve lives worldwide. Participants will contribute to strategic supplier partnerships, procurement excellence, and the creation of inspiring workplace environments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive strategic outcomes across procurement, supplier management, workplace services, business operations, and digital strategy functions.
• Execute meaningful projects that advance innovation, operational excellence, sustainability, and business growth.
• Partner with global colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders across the company’s network to deliver value and solutions.
• Cultivate professional, analytical, communication, and project management skills through real-world experiences.
• Build a robust professional network while exploring diverse career trajectories within Global Supplier Management Group and Global Workplace & Enterprise Services.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience: Demonstration of leadership abilities, analytical acumen, inquisitive nature, perceptive insights, and a commitment to advancing the company’s vision and mission.
• Skills: Analytical Thinking, Integrated Project Management, Material Sourcing, Process Improvements, Strong Communication Skills.
