What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore diverse accounting functions across corporate and operational departments, including internal controls, audit, financial accounting, reporting, revenue, and property.
• Support daily departmental activities and contribute to assigned special projects.
• Develop practical proficiency through varied on-the-job training and assignments.
• Cultivate technical mastery, project-team collaboration, business understanding, and stakeholder relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, having completed sophomore or junior year prior to the start of employment. Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Ability to apply independent judgment in practical accounting applications, strong verbal and written communication for research and analysis, and adaptability for working within multiple teams.
• Bonus: Completion of Intermediate Accounting I and II courses.
