Supply Chain Leadership Development Program | Kerry

This is an early career rotational program at Kerry, located in Beloit, WI and Rothschild, WI. • Pay: $65000–$70000 yearly
• Mission: To contribute to and learn various aspects of the supply chain, from planning and logistics to commercialization and process improvement, helping deliver sustainable nutrition to customers worldwide.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Support: Support business objectives, demand & supply planning, and data integrity projects.
• Customer Engagement: Work with top customers in supply management meetings.
• Operations Support: Support optimization projects and ongoing operations of key Distribution Centers.
• Product Launch: Enable and drive Go to Market Commercialization Projects, helping bring new products to life.
• Performance Reporting: Report monthly on capacity reports, supplier audits, and present data to your team and colleagues.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Engineering, Accounting, Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management, or a related field of study. Expected graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027.
• Experience: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required, as sponsorships will not be provided for early career roles.
• Skills: Demonstrated advanced analytical, project management, planning, or problem-solving abilities. A curious mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
