This is a Spring 2028 Audit Internship at Jackson Thornton, located in Montgomery, AL, Birmingham, AL, Dothan, AL, & Auburn, AL. This internship is designed to attract, identify, and train accounting students who will gain real-world experience and embody the firm’s values. What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain practical experience in accounting and related fields.
• Participate in hands-on training initiatives.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
• Be exposed to a wide range of accounting projects.
• Travel to client locations as needed for assignments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Actively seeking or have completed an undergraduate or Masters degree in accounting. This is an Entry-Level opportunity.
• Experience: Completed Intermediate Accounting I & II. Demonstrated desire to obtain the CPA license.
• Skills: Available to work 30-40 hours per week in office; Available to travel to clients as needed; Authorized to work in the United States after graduation.
