2027 Business Banking Rotational Development Program | U.S. Bank

The Tone:
This is a full-time rotational development program at U.S. Bank, with a hybrid working model requiring at least three days per week in a U.S. Bank location and reliable transportation for client meetings within a 30-mile radius. • Pay: $66640–$78400 yearly
• Mission: To learn and apply core sales and credit skills to help business owners achieve their financial goals and contribute to economic growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationships: Learn to prospect new clients and deepen existing relationships using a consultative and holistic approach to solving client needs.
• Hands-on Experience: Gain practical experience in various business banking roles, including Business Banking Relationship Analyst (BBRA) and Business Banking Relationship Manager (BBRM).
• Skill Development: Develop technical and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives.
• Community Building: Build a supportive network of peers through cohort strengthening activities such as social events, development workshops, and insights to support career transition.
• Community Engagement: Participate in initiatives to give back to the communities where employees live and work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar majors, with a target graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Experience or exposure to small businesses or business owners, along with customer service experience or a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Skills: Basic understanding of banking terms, concepts, and applications (cost and managerial accounting, business finance, advanced financial management, micro & macro economics); strong written and verbal communication; analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking; ability to think and work independently; flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team; highly organized to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bonus: Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
