Leadership Development Program (Cofounder/CEO-led) | Jerry
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Jerry, located in Palo Alto, CA. Jerry is a Series C, YC-backed tech startup with 5M+ customers and $240M in funding, which achieved profitability in 2024. The company is building the first AI-powered advisor to manage physical assets like cars, homes, and motorcycles, aiming to simplify complex ownership experiences. This Leadership Development Program is crucial for accelerating growth from 5M to 50M customers by 2030, directly addressing the need for more talent to execute a growing list of high-leverage business ideas.

• Pay: $120000–$160000 yearly
• Team: Reports directly to our Cofounder/CEO
• Mission: Close the gap between a growing list of ideas and the people to execute them, focusing on high-leverage problems to accelerate growth.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Execution: Work directly with, and be mentored by, our Cofounder/CEO on the highest-leverage problems in our business.
• Business Acumen: Gain a unique opportunity to view and understand a company’s day-to-day challenges as it goes through a rapid growth phase.
• Cross-functional Exposure: Be exposed to every function at Jerry, including product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data.
• Strategic Learning: Learn how to execute big-picture strategies and navigate the intricacies of a complex business.
• Leadership Development: Develop into a successful graduate likely to become a product leader, growth leader, or run a function within Jerry or elsewhere.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as STEM, economics, or similar.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment.
• Skills: Act like an owner, think with first principles, demonstrate tenacity, and possess a strong sense of urgency with a bias for action.
