The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Review Deliverables: Ensure successful execution of domain-led transformation initiatives by reviewing defined deliverables.
• Plan Strategies: Develop and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements, ensuring consistency and scalability through review of forecasting models and cost-benefit analysis.
• Lead Optimization: Drive domain optimization and solution programs, ensuring governance, quality, and client value creation while mentoring and developing consultants.
• Manage Documentation: Oversee and approve technical documentation for functional accuracy and alignment with domain standards, guiding teams to maintain consistency, clarity, and quality.
• Drive Revenue: Lead budget performance by monitoring project financials, optimizing resource utilization, identifying mining opportunities in existing accounts, and participating in RFP discussions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Senior Consultant. Core domain knowledge in Life Sciences – Pharma.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience, particularly in leading domain-led transformation initiatives.
• Skills: LS – Pharma domain expertise, forecasting and cost-benefit analysis, delivery governance and quality assurance, project financial management, technical documentation review.
