• Mission: Develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations to prepare for career advancement within Cintas.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotations: Immerse in business operations through hands-on rotations in various departments from a leadership viewpoint.
• Sales: Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analysis: Contribute to informed business decisions by analyzing sales data.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (or expected within six months); Entry-Level role focused on leadership development.
• Experience: Requires an active driver’s license and documentation of previous employment.
• Skills: Analytical skills for sales data, fundamental understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management.
• Bonus: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative role; a business or otherwise related academic major; a leadership/management role on campus or in related extracurricular activities; willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
