What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Return Preparation: Assist with the accurate preparation of various tax returns.
• Tax Strategy Support: Support clients through tax research and the development of planning strategies.
• Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and compliance considerations.
• Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to deliver practical tax solutions for clients.
• Professional Interaction: Interact with professionals across the firm to support broader client service initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Accounting major pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, on track to meet CPA eligibility requirements, with a clear plan to pursue CPA licensure, and an interest in a full-time career in public accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 3.3 GPA. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to apply Excel skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated initiative, strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with clients and team members.
