What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare core financial entries: Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and roll-forward schedules to support ongoing financial operations.
• Support financial close processes: Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, contributing to consolidated financial reporting.
• Handle complex accounting transactions: Support accounting activities related to acquisitions, divestitures, reserves, treasury operations, and borrowings.
• Ensure financial statement accuracy: Perform detailed financial analysis to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Facilitate audit and compliance: Support internal and external audit requests and ensure continuous compliance with reconciliation policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, essential for managing core financial processes.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel for financial data manipulation, along with the ability to perform detailed financial analysis and prepare accurate account reconciliations.
• Bonus: CPA certification and/or public accounting experience is preferred; familiarity and experience with AI-enabled accounting tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude are also highly desirable.
