What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepare accurate journal entries for various corporate accounting activities.
• Payment Postings: Process and post payments efficiently within the accounting system.
• Invoice Creation: Create and manage invoices as part of standard financial operations.
• Audit Assistance: Support audit requests by compiling and providing necessary documentation.
• Closeout Support: Assist with month-end and year-end closeout procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrollment in an accredited university (undergraduate or graduate) studying Accounting or Finance. Career level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: Prior experience with ERP SAP systems.
