This Delivery Manager position is crucial for the Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS) team, specifically within Automation Services, where you will manage the end-to-end delivery process, cultivate client relations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Management: Cultivate and foster client relations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Delivery Oversight: Oversee the delivery process from start to finish, ensuring timeliness and exceeding customer expectations.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, track deliverables, and provide detailed management status reports.
• Team Coordination: Ensure the delivery team is aligned and on track for timely and quality deliverables.
• Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identify project risks and opportunities, escalating or delegating as appropriate.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Manager-level professional with a focus on project and delivery management.
• Experience: 5 years of project management and related experience, specifically in overseeing delivery processes.
• Skills: Excel proficiency, Smartsheet proficiency, Project tracking, Client relationship management.
• Bonus: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Previous Audit experience.
