The Tone:

This position is vital for implementing strategic roadmaps, conducting in-depth business process and data analysis, and diagnosing critical gaps within client operations. The Domain Consultant L4 directly contributes to crafting robust solutions for both clients and the practice, proactively driving complex engagements and fostering strong client relationships.

The TL;DR

• Mission: To implement roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, and gap diagnosis, contributing to solution building for clients and the practice.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Leadership: Assume primary responsibility as the main client contact, leading engagements and ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded with 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners.
• Strategy & Solution Development: Develop, assess, and validate client business strategies, including industry and competitive positioning, and create tailored solutions and services.
• Project & Revenue Growth: Estimate the scope and liability for the successful delivery of end products or solutions, while actively seeking opportunities to develop new revenue and driving presales activities.
• Practice & Team Contribution: Contribute to the development of internal practice policies, procedures, and frameworks, and guide less experienced team members in delivering effective solutions.
• IP & Methodology Creation: Lead efforts towards building go-to-market solutions, off-the-shelf offerings, reusable process methodologies, and intellectual property from managed projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level domain consultant proficient in implementing strategic roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, and the diagnosis of operational gaps. This role requires a strong grasp of defining business requirements and functional specifications, coupled with the ability to apply best practices effectively.
• Experience: Over 10 years of experience in consulting roles, with a proven track record in leading significant client engagements, contributing to solution building for clients and the practice, and driving project planning.
• Skills: OSI PI, Business Process Analysis, Data Analysis, Functional Definition, Solution Development.
