The TL;DR

• Mission: Optimize supply chain performance, enhance visibility, and drive data-backed decision-making for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead data and digital tool utilization: Play a key role in leveraging data and digital tools, combined with industry expertise.
• Optimize client supply chains: Help clients optimize supply chain performance effectively.
• Improve operational visibility: Enhance visibility for client operations through strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate data-backed decisions: Drive data-backed decision-making processes for clients.
• Manage end-to-end problem solving: Handle problem-solving from requirement gathering and modeling to solution deployment and stakeholder engagement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering; Bachelor of Business Administration; Bachelor of Computer Applications; or a Master of Business Administration.
• Experience: 3+ years in DevOps Engineering or Business Analysis, or 2+ years in Technical Support.
• Skills: DevOps Engineering, Business Analysis, Technical Support, data leveraging, digital tool utilization, industry expertise.
