What You’ll Actually Do
• Consulting Execution: Manage teams and work streams to deliver high-quality consulting solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients.
• Business Development: Identify and convert sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to proposals and RFP/RFI efforts.
• Thought Leadership: Develop insights into industry and technology trends, create points of view, and ensure the documentation and use of assignment track records and case studies.
• Practice Contribution: Coach and mentor junior consultants, propose new service offerings, and drive internal initiatives while ensuring timely administrative compliance.
• Strategic Objectives: Deliver growth in consulting revenues, achieve high personal billability, and flawlessly lead strategic advisory and transformation engagements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep consulting expertise in the Utilities Domain with managerial responsibilities in leading a team of consultants.
• Experience: 8-10 years of experience with a good understanding of client business landscapes and the ability to manage consulting solution delivery.
• Skills: Consulting project management, client relationship building, sales opportunity development, thought leadership, and coaching/mentoring.
